The Denton Community Band relies almost entirely on donations and grants from individuals, businesses and publicly supported organizations to cover our expenses such as sheet music, supplies, publicity, and rental on our storage facility. We can accept support in several ways:
- Direct contributions by check (That's the way in which the wonderful individuals and businesses have supported us in the past.) Yes, we still take checks!
Donations through North Texas Giving Day that have the potential for bonus funds. Communities Foundation of Texas' North Texas Giving Day (September 19, 2019) is an 18-hour online giving event designed to empower every person to give back to their community by supporting local nonprofits and causes they care about!
